Does the order and purchase of briquette include packaging?
For every purchase of briquette, it is based on buyers’ request, buyers can order the briquettes with or without packaging. If the order with packaging, includes inner plastic, inner box or master box.
Is it possible to request packaging design at Cocovers?
Yes it is possible. We will do the design with its own terms and conditions. Our price stated includes duplex/ regular boxes. For inner plastic, inner box, and master box the estimated price is $100-$120 per ton depending on size. Prices are subject to change, as we use a third party to print the box.
How to get your sample product?
For briquette: We will send a sample only with the inner plastic (without the box). If you need a sample of printed inner box, we will provide you the full packaging.
For VCO and RBD: the packaging is by request
What are the payment terms?
We Accept 2 Payment Methods:
a. Telegraphic Transfer
b. Letter of Credit Irrevocable Payable at Sight
In a way :
1) 50% Payment upon Contract Sign
2) 30% Payment when in Packaging stage
3) 20% Payment When Close Container
4) All documents requested by the buyer will be accompanied by:
a. Invoice in USD
b. Packing List
c. B/L or Airwaybill
d. Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) Document (If applicable)
Is it possible to visit the factory?
We are more than delighted that buyer initiated the visit. Make an appointment with Ms. Bidari at [email protected] beforehand.
How long is the shipping time?
It usually takes 20-40 days. However, the estimated transit time of containers from Indonesian ports to ports:
China ± 15 days
South Korea ± 21 days
Japan ± 21 days
Australia ± 21 days
India ± 15-21 days
Middle East ± 21 -30 days
Europe ± 30 days
USA ± 30 days
Asian Countries ± 21 days
South America ± 45 days.
Do COCOVERS accept OEM or private label?
We support OEM production and will produce Charcoal Products with your logo brand and packaging. Just send your packaging design and brand guidelines, we will do the rest.
Do you use recyclable packaging?
If buyers are concerned with recyclable packaging we can provide the packaging with recyclable resources. The price may vary. For example: inner plastic uses biodegradable plastics from cassava.
Where do your coconut products originate?
We source our lovely coconuts primarily from Indonesia. We visit every supplier to check the working and factory conditions before purchasing anything, to ensure they meet our Ethical Sourcing Policy. We are proud to work with several suppliers who are changing their local communities by investing revenue back into community projects.
Do you use monkeys to pick your coconuts?
No. We are against animal cruelty.
